• Return Window:

  • Customers can return books within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition:

  • To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging.
  • For books that arrived damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a return or exchange.

• Proof of Purchase:

  • Include a copy of the packing slip or receipt with the return. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number and the reason for return.

• Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the book arrived damaged or was incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

• Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the book, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a book (e.g., for a different title or another edition), please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

• Non-returnable Items:

  • Digital eBooks, audiobooks, or any other downloadable content cannot be returned or refunded.

• Return Address:

  • Please email us at bornwithpurpose@gmail.com to recieve the return address.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
